What is the return policy?
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is COD available?
Yes, we offer Cash-on-delivery with 50% Pre-Payment.
When will I get my order?
Please allow us 18-25 Working days from the day the order has been placed, to complete your order.
Do you have readymade products?
No, all our products are made-to-order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can you manufacture your products with FRC(Fiber-reinforced concrete)?
Yes, we can . However, we advice customers to choose FRP(Fibre-reinforced plastic) as it is more durable compared to FRC.
How long does it take to make a custom product?
All custom products are produced by first making a mold. The cost of the mold is a one-time price and will depend on the product. Once the mold has been created the product can made from it. The duration of production would depend on the product and its quantity.
